- Duration and Nature of Processing of Your Personal Data
- Your data are stored and processed for the contractually agreed period, up to a maximum of 10 years after deletion of your account or request for deletion.
- Data used for marketing purposes are deleted after 12 months from account deletion or request for deletion.
- Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
- Data processing may be carried out with or without electronic means, but always using automated processes, and includes all operations defined in Article 4(1)(a) of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003. In all cases, appropriate security measures are taken to ensure confidentiality and protection.
- Minors
- We do not offer our services to minors under 14 years of age.
